Tony Crisp
Tony is a result oriented leader and educator with more than 15 years of experience as a senior manager in behavioral healthcare. He has expertise in grant management, organizational structure, strategic planning, board development and governance. He has honed his skills at a variety of nonprofits, governmental and voluntary organizations and within his church, to build leaders, to communicate vision, to build coalitions and to guide organizations to success.
Tony has a strong passion for leadership development and is the founder and lead coach of Upward Edge. He began blogging about leadership and his faith journey since January 2009.

Jim Whalen
Jim Whalen is an entrepreneur and former business owner who returned to school to earn a Master of Divinity Degree, to live out his passion. He is a published writer, visual artist, and theologian.
Jim is a dynamic inspirational speaker, preacher, and teacher, as well as a seasoned “Small Groups” coach and facilitator. He has served as the Vice Moderator of the Board of Directors of his church and has developed and co-facilitated Board of Directors training workshops.
